I genuinely can't recommend the ladies at Atlantic highly enough.  It wasn't the easiest of processes, buying a new build in the middle of a global pandemic, but they made the process completely seamless, they were always on hand if I had a question to ask, everything came back as quick as you would like.  Lovely, friendly team, every single one of them.  10/10 from me!    

Excellent sales service from start to finish. Andri is very professional, communicates well and as problems arise during sales/buying process (as they inevitably do), she is always on the case quickly and looking for solutions. If Andri wasn't available, or I needed to talk to back-office, Jess was also excellent - very polite and communicates well with customers. If either Andri or Jess said they would do something then it would happen without me chasing, which is very refreshing for an Estate Agent! Andri also worked extremely well with my solicitors (Rebecca Karis) which really helped in what became both a difficult sale and purchase. I have sold and bought several properties over a period of time without using a high street estate agent.
